How we store data

Data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure. We retain personal data for the duration of membership and for up to 12 months after membership ends, then delete it from our live systems.

We also keep encrypted database backups for disaster recovery: rolling daily copies for up to 30 days and one monthly archive for up to 12 months, stored in a private cloud bucket accessible only for recovery. When you exercise your right to erasure we remove your data from live systems promptly; backup copies expire automatically under that retention schedule unless we must keep a specific copy for legal reasons.

Marketing choices

If you have opted in to marketing, you can opt out at any time from Account → Email notifications, via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or by emailing [email protected].

Your data protection rights

You may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability (subject to applicable law). We aim to respond to valid requests within one month.
